How to Use The Google Docs & Google Sheets Versions:

  1. Log In to Your Google Account: Ensure you are logged into your Google account. This is necessary to access Google Docs and to ensure you can save your own copy of the document in your Google Drive.
  2. Click on the Link: Click on the provided link to automatically open a copy of the document in Google Docs.
  3. Make Your Own Copy: If not prompted automatically, go to File >Make a copy in the Google Docs menu. This will create a personal copy of the document in your Google Drive.
  4. Edit and Save: You can now edit and save your own copy of the document. All changes you make will be saved in your personal Google Drive and will not affect the original document.

Note: You do not need to request access to edit the original document. If you have any questions or encounter issues, please ensure you are logged into your Google account that has access to Google Drive.
